The Aerokit boat range was first introduced by Les Rowell in the 1950's. He produced a range of kits which sold in their thousands as he had a way of capturing the look and style of boats in their hay day.

In 1981 the Firth family bought Lesro Models from Les and moved it to Christchurch.
So now Lesro Models in conjunction with Vintage Model Boats Company have brought the kits upto date. By tweaking the designs, and with the use of laser technology we are able to bring you these high quality products at a realistic price.

We have sourced a range of fittings kits (prop shafts, rudders, motors etc)and have radio systems available for these kits. Ring for details
